1. If you want a meeting with me you can pay me $500 cash OR bring me a new client. You will get the meeting after the deal is closed.
2. If you want me to invest money with you, you will need to bring me new clients. I’ll Invest 25% of every deal you bring me.
3. I don’t care how or what you invest in.
4. Don’t ask for exceptions. There are none.
